Div. 3 (Grade 2/3) had special visitors come into our class and read. The FVRL and a member of the RCMP came to our classroom for a program entitled'' It's a Crime not to Read'' The story was ''The Real Story of the Three Little Pigs'' The students loved meeting the Constable and listening to the story.

Below: A very special visitor came to speak to our school. Judith Fox (Terry Fox's sister and also our very own Ms. Alder's mother) came to our assembly to speak about her brother, Terry Fox.
We were inspired, and students ran all afternoon for our 2016 Terry Fox Run. We raised over a hundred dollars for Cancer research!
